I have done other variations on this theme. You probably "saw it before" from me. As far as I am aware, this is a completely original concept.

Great concept that is original and disturbing

I really like the lighting.

Two small things:

the perspective of the hammer is slightly off,

the angle is too sharp on the 'head'

the fingers on the right hand are a bit too flat and square/box-like

Overall this is really well done art + 9

Nice idea!....only 3 shadows for the ribs.....does not look natural......(I am a pediatrician)
